How many days do I have to return my order?

You can return your online order within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: personalized items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

How much does it cost to return?

Costs are conform applicable shipping costs per country and €2,50 admin fee.

How long does the return process take?

We try to process your return within 48 hours after arriving. We keep you posted via email on the progress and your refund. You can also track it through the track and trace page.

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received the item(s), we will process your return. From the moment we refund you, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes differs per bank and payment method but takes approximately 14 days. We’ll refund the same method you used to pay.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions

Our Carrier Delivery days run from Monday – Saturday

We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery time varies depending on the type of products purchased, your address and method you choose. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.

Personalising a product takes extra days, depending on product and wishes.

You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions.
