1. Community Builder

We are looking for an ambitious Community Builder, based in Paramaribo – Suriname. In this new role, you build, grow, and manage an online / offline community and perform community management, around our luxury lifestyle brand.

You are the bridge between our luxury lifestyle brand and the community we create. You are our brand ambassador, who engages with potential clients and builds relationships with existing ones. 

You develop the community by participating in discussions, finding new clients, listen to the current ones and create campaigns to engage them. You are emphatic, a good listener and adaptable. You are the consistent tone and voice on the online forums and social media platforms of the brand. 

Responsibilities 

  • Creating brand awareness
  • Concern, initiate, implement and optimize online/offline campaigns
  • Distinguish the USPs among others
  • Manage the community
  • Webcare: React on questions and remarks via social media
  • Vlog, blog, and newsletter content
  • Draw up guidelines for utilize social media

  • Monitoring feedback and reviews

  • Work closely with the Chief Strategic Officer and graphic designers to implement solutions.

2. Sponsor-, Partner- & Relationship Manager (2x)

Location: Paramaribo – Suriname (1x) & Willemstad – Curacao (1x)

We are currently recruiting for 2 Sponsor-, Partner- & Relationship Managers to join our forward thinking team with a great drive and motivation. One manager is based in Suriname, the other in Curacao.

You represent our luxury lifestyle brand and are a great connector, who can enthusiast and activate others to cooperate with our brand. You also know how to maintain a good relationship with sponsors and partners. 


You are responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating the sponsorship & partnership portfolio, whilst ensuring that the brand positioning through PR Activities and (Social) Media is executed according to defined brand guidelines and tone of voice. 

Working closely with the Chief Strategic Officer and your SPR colleague, you will source and evaluate new sponsorship / partnership possibilities, and making recommendations to the management team. You will also be accountable for all PR activities, working closely with 3rd parties to ensure PR activity drives strong ROI and maximum exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a long term strategy for our sponsors and partners, in line with the brand positioning
  • Maintain an amicable but businesswise relation with our sponsors and partners
  • Being a member in a highly motivated team
  • Accountable for the effectiveness and ROI of all partnership and sponsorship investment throughout the year and for reporting on this, to discuss planning and evaluation. 
  • Procure and evaluate new sponsorship and partnership opportunities based on the needs of the business as well as producing business cases for investment in potential deals. 
  • Assist in delivery of creative content 
  • Work with internal creative and strategic team on briefing any digital or press marketing collateral for sponsorship and PR activation
  • Work on coordinating and planning all activation activities for sponsorships / partnerships and be responsible for all elements of the sponsorship / partnership package to ensure maximization of value and consistency of delivery across all channels. 
  • Work closely with our legal, contract and compliance team to ensure that all sponsorship and partnership contracts with third-party entities leave in a commercially strong and legally safe state 
  • Take ownership of budgetary controls for partnership, sponsorship and PR spend, payment of invoices, and overall tracking of spend levels including activation fees and branding production 
  • Organize and execute PR activities as a calendar of events, using appropriate strategies, tactics and channels to activate and report on effectiveness. 
  • Play an active role in event management and be the communicator between sponsors, partners and the brand.

 Competencies/Skills

  • Experience running sponsorship/partnership strategies
  • Experience in developing and executing sponsorship/partnership plans 
  • Strong in written and spoken Dutch, English. Spanish and Portuguese are an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work effectively 
  • Detail focused but able to see the “big picture” and maintain progress 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills 
  • Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation 
  • Can work independently
  • Have a strong feeling with the luxury market

3. Webdesigner / WordPress Specialist

Location: Paramaribo – Suriname

In addition to our team, we are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and motivated Webdesigner / WordPress specialist who can build and expand our online boutique.

You know how to translate our wishes into a professional responsive e-commerce platform. You are an initiator with a creative mind, who will find the best solutions for what we need. You have an HBO working and thinking level and have extensive knowledge of:

  • WordPress in combination with Woocommerce
  • Membership – / Loyalty Program
  • International shipping
  • Multiple currencies

  • HTML / CSS / PHP / Java / MySQL

4. Independent Sales Manager Suriname

Location: Suriname

We are looking for an independent Sales Manager Suriname, who is responsible for all sales activities of our PRPHC Labels and master brands. The main duties and responsibilities are:

• As an expert you represent PRPHC, our PRPHC Labels and master brands in contract and sales negotiations in your region

• Liaising between customers and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products

• After sales support

• Ensure timely and successful proposals, implementation and delivery of products

• Exchange market information to management

• Act as a point of contact for all matters specific to your region

• Expanding, strengthening and maintaining customer relationships

• Identify and develop growth opportunities within the region

• Identify territorial trends, ideas, product requirements and develop marketing initiatives

• Reporting to management

Requirements

• In possession of a driving license

• Sales experience

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for detail

• Flexible, energetic and charismatic

• Proactive

• Preference is given to a female candidate
